Pricing

We determine the price of recurring services "by the job" after a free estimate
with the client.  Each situation is unique and the walk-through only takes 15 to
20 minutes.  It's the best way for us to accurately figure a cost for our
services.  Many factors come into play when determining a price, including:
- size of the job
- frequency of cleaning
- number of pets
- types of surfaces
- additional services

For Move-In and Move-Out and Post-Construction cleaning, we determine the
price based on the square footage.  Window cleaning is extra and normally we
charge by the window.

Policies

We accept cash and check, or credit and debit cards through the secure  
PayPal button below.  We appreciate payment at the time of service.




We clean Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am and 10pm.  
Saturday or Sunday cleaning is an option, however please give us advance
notice as we cherish our weekends too!  For ongoing cleaning, every effort is
made to clean the same day and same time.

If you need to cancel your service, please let as know as soon as possible so
we can reschedule.  We try and be as flexible as possible with cancellations.
